Indianola scrap still comes off farms as often as job sites

Indianola is far enough south that a trailer may hold cultivator parts and a stock tank as often as it holds remodel copper. Warren County farm cleanouts are seasonal — after harvest, or when a place sells — and the metal is rusty, bulky, and mixed with wood. A yard needs an honest photo, not a description that says “a lot of steel.”

In town, Simpson College rentals and the older houses near the square produce the smaller stuff: appliances between tenants, copper from a bathroom, and cars that students and families finally gave up on. Title status matters more on those than on a box of pipe.
